48 hour delivery is FREE on all orders to the UK mainland!
All orders will be dispatched FREE OF CHARGE on a 48 hour delivery service (this is not a guaranteed service as the couriers do suffer from breakdowns, accidents and drivers do get lost at times!). All orders must be signed for, we cannot leave deliveries in huts, garages or bins. Orders received after 3.00pm on Friday will be sent on Monday.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS;
If your order is retuned to us due to failure on your behalf to sign for or collect it from the post office or couriers you will be asked to pay for the item to be reshipped.
If you have changed your mind and don't want the order you must return it to us within 7 working days of receiving your goods, please e-mail or call us to confirm our returns procedure if you are unsure of how to go about it. Anybody failing to do this may have there returned item refused. If you are returning clothing we will only accept it if the tags are all still attached and the item is returned to us in the same condition as you received it. Worn, stretched, crushed or clothes that smell as if they have been worn and no longer smell new will not be accepted.
All items will be subject to a 12.5% restocking charge with a minimum charge of £5 this will be taken out of any refunds to cover restocking and delivery costs.
Please contact us for our return address as this maybe different to our dispatch address, we will not cover the cost of returning any items unless we decide that the item is faulty.
Damages
Damages to supplements during transit must be reported to the courier driver at the time of delivery, if a shipment is signed for as ok then we cannot exchange it or accept it as a return.
SECURITY INFORMATION;
All customers placing an order online need to supply their home telephone number as part of our security checks, if you fail to provide all the information required your order may not be accepeted. If you can give us a home and a mobile number it helps us contact you if there are any problems and also helps the courier company when trying to deliver your goods.
All credit, debit and switch cards must be registered in the UK to enable us to carry our security checks. All non UK registered cards may declined OR may only be accepted with further proof required.
We do not sell or release any of your private information to any third party. We are required by our bank to hold a valid home landline telephone number. We regret that we may be unable to accept just a mobile number.
