Protein shakes are great, but it can be a pain to have to always be near a blender to use one, then there is the washing up!! Getting a shaker is a great solution as you can carry it with you and make up your protein drinks whenever you need to. This one has a metal spiral ball which works as a whisk. This ensures that there are no nasty lumps left after shaking. They are made of dense plastic which stops them getting damaged so quickly or warping when in the dishwasher and they are less likely to smell nasty. The lid is easy to screw on and the drink opening is easy to use as well, making it superior to many other similar products.
